After I read Life of Pi, I have been struck by the essentialness of water. Our human systems cannot function for more than 3 days without clean water, with nutrients. Em and I went to the dollar store recently, and right outside there was pretty water bottles! So, I have been drinking water non stop since then, in an effort to get hydrated! You can imagine the effects this has on my digestive system….

Challenges:

• Get hydrated! Your body needs you, more importantly, it needs water! So, drink up!
  
• Think about those who do not have clean water to drink. In Tijuana, Mexico, 2700 people do not have fresh water, and most resort to drinking ground water, which has feces contaminants. Africa has the lowest water supply and sanitation coverage in the world. Pray for them, find out situations in specific towns in the countries and pray for their situations. Be where God's heart is, and know how He is working around the world.
  

  Matthew 10:42 "And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward"
