Teacher idea:
Using Alphabet cereal, have the class try the following activities:
-Sort consonants and vowels
-Make their name
-Tell them a word and have them make a word that rhymes with it
-Give them a letter and ask them to find the two letters that surround it
-Give them two letter and ask them to find the letter between them
-Give them a rime and ask them to make as many words as they can with it
-Have them arrange their spelling words

I also found out that these are extremely easy to stick to construction paper using a regular glue stick, so they could create a collage to hang on the wall.
