Generally, I am skeptical about passing e-mails around. So when I recieved one from a good friend about a recipe pass-around, I was equally nervous and doubtful as to whether it would work, and whether or not I was just spamming my friends and family.
Yet, lo and behold! A recipe appeared in my inbox yesterday:

Oven Porcupines
1 Lb. ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Mix together. Form into balls. Place in ungreased baking dish 8x8x2.
Mix Together 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 tsp. worcestshire sauce
Pour over meatballs. Cover dish with foil. Bake @ 350* for 45 minutes
Uncover. Bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 4 - 6.

While I am unsure about the tomato covering, meatballs are one of my favorite dishes! I am excited to try this out, and even more excited to see what else ends up in my inbox. :)

Speaking of recipes, here is a wonderful blog you should check out for some more:
